This Event

This Tech Demo workshop was the Canadian launch event for the made-in-BC Model N by ZAMBA Technologies. Incorporated in 2021, ZAMBA is a new BC-based company that’s garnered significant attention with its innovative HVAC technology that provides and maintains superior indoor air quality and comfort. In 2022, it was one of only seven recipients of the CleanBC Building Innovation Fund. The Model N is a compact, 8” deep, fully integrated heating, cooling, ventilation and humidification unit that can be installed inside a wall and does not require ducting or a condensate drain line. It’s highly energy-efficient, runs on 48 V and has a sophisticated controller which incorporates AI. It’s ideal for centralized HVAC systems in both new developments and for retrofits of high-rise residential buildings and hotels.

ZEBx and BCIT’s High-Performance Building Lab hosted this great educational and networking opportunity.
