Overview

How to Design and Build High-Performance Residential Buildings at the Lowest Possible Cost

Brought to you by ZEBx, RDH Building Science and the Forestry Innovation Investment Ltd., “A Pattern Language from Passive House” is four-part interactive course focused on planning, designing and building affordably-built, low-emissions, wood-framed multi-unit residential buildings.

The patterns presented in this course are drawn from the hundreds of buildings constructed to the Passive House standard worldwide. While these patterns are based on Passive House buildings, they are applicable to residential buildings targeting Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code and similar low-thermal energy demand intensity (TEDI) or near zero energy standards.

With support from Forestry Innovation Investment Ltd., we are able to offer members of local BC-based industry associations a discount on registration.
